Some of these ads are from legitimate companies whose goal is to truly set you up as a medical biller. However... there are ads out there that lead to scams and to companies with low integrity. Your business address is key - medical billing news!
If you are a brand new medical biller and have decided to start a medical billing business, the first place that you will more than likely establish your business will be from home.
What address should you use?
We don't recommend that you give out your home address as your business address and vice versa. It's not safe and it's not professional.
Get yourself an off-site address, like a PO box or a UPS store box.
